Dudley D. Baker IV, MD, FACOG, attended the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in Galveston, TX, and received his medical degree in 1987. Furthermore, he conducted his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the same educational venue, i.e., the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. In addition, Dr. Baker IV received board certification in obstetrics and gynecology from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He remains an active member of the Willard R.
